I am a clinician-researcher in training committed to advancing diagnostic safety by using epidemiology and quantitative methods and implementing novel healthcare information technologies. My research interest is understanding why and how diagnostic errors happen in hospitalized patients and developing strategies to mitigate these errors' burden and harm. I believe that compassionate care informed by high-quality clinical research is the cornerstone to provide safer patient care in the acute setting.
