Because I must be up promptly in the morning for my business, I need to get back to sleep quickly and not lie there for an hour or two waiting for nature to take its course. But the doctors I've approached won't prescribe a sleeping pill. They make me feel like a junkie for asking. What's so bad about sleeping pills?
