Dr. Feliciano is investigating motor phenotypes using digital tasks and collecting medical history information in autistic individuals and families in SPARK that have pathogenic variants in ITSN1, a new risk for autism and Parkinson’s disease. Dr. Feliciano is the Scientific Director of SPARK (SPARKForAutism.org), an autism cohort of more than 350,000 participants in the United States comprised of 150,000 individuals with autism and their available, first-degree family members. Students would assist with recontacting and collecting this information and motor task data from families by Zoom/phone calls. The student would also assist with analyzing phenotypic data. The expected duration of this project is late May-July 2025.

PMC Citations indicate the number of times the publication was cited by articles in PubMed Central, and the Altmetric score represents citations in news articles and social media. (Note that publications are often cited in additional ways that are not shown here.) Fields are based on how the National Library of Medicine (NLM) classifies the publication's journal and might not represent the specific topic of the publication. Translation tags are based on the publication type and the MeSH terms NLM assigns to the publication. Some publications (especially newer ones and publications not in PubMed) might not yet be assigned Field or Translation tags.) Click a Field or Translation tag to filter the publications.
