Overview
I received my MD in 2021 from University of Copenhagen, Denmark. Afterwards, I did my residency at Gentofte University Hospital at the Department of Internal Medicine. My PhD is focused on how diabetes affects the heart. In 2017-2018, I spent a year at University of California San Francisco UCSF as part of a clinical research fellowship sponsored by the Lundbeck Foundation. Over the last few years, I have been involved in randomized trials at our institution which led me to pursue a masters degree in clinical trials at the University of Oxford. My overall interests lie in the fields of clinical trials, cardiometabolic diseases, and cardiovascular imaging.

PMC Citations indicate the number of times the publication was cited by articles in PubMed Central, and the Altmetric score represents citations in news articles and social media. (Note that publications are often cited in additional ways that are not shown here.) Fields are based on how the National Library of Medicine (NLM) classifies the publication's journal and might not represent the specific topic of the publication. Translation tags are based on the publication type and the MeSH terms NLM assigns to the publication. Some publications (especially newer ones and publications not in PubMed) might not yet be assigned Field or Translation tags.) Click a Field or Translation tag to filter the publications.
