Overview
Dr. Rhee is an infectious disease and critical care physician, Associate Hospital Epidemiologist at Brigham and Women's Hospital, and Associate Professor of Population Medicine and Medicine at Harvard Medical School. His areas of interest include sepsis, infection control and healthcare epidemiology, and infections in critically ill and immunocompromised patients, with a focus on using electronic health record data to improve disease surveillance, diagnosis, prevention, treatment, and quality of care. He was funded on an AHRQ K08 award, has been lead investigator on several CDC-funded projects, and is currently principal and co-principal investigator on R01 grants from AHRQ.
