Overview
Courtney Yuen, PhD, is an epidemiologist and Assistant Professor in the Division of Global Health Equity at Brigham and Women's Hospital and the Department of Global Health and Social Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Her research focuses on improving tuberculosis diagnosis and prevention, with emphasis on the implementation science around improving tuberculosis service delivery in community and primary care settings. She also conducts epidemiologic modeling studies to explore the impact of different case-finding and prevention policies. Her work has included collaborations in Peru, Kenya, Pakistan and the USA. She is an Associate Director for Implementation Science at the Harvard University Center for AIDS Research. She previously worked in the Division of Tuberculosis Elimination at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
