Current research involves combining large-scale open access neuroimaging datasets including HCP, CRHD, ADNI and others with computational approaches such as tensor and matrix decomposition methods, including ICA and linked ICA for data fusion, normative modeling and other techniques to investigate brain structure and function. Current funding includes a five-year R01 to utilize the Human Connectome Project (HCP) Lifespan and Connectomes Related to Human Disease datasets to investigate neuropsychiatric symptoms in Alzheimer's Disease. I provide statistical support, training, and mentoring for students and junior scientists, and I teach seminars and courses on imaging statistics, resting state and task fMRI data processing, multivariate data-driven methods and other imaging analysis topics at Harvard and MIT. I am also a biostatistics consultant for the Harvard Catalyst, a faculty member of the Harvard Mind Brain Behavior and the Harvard Data Science Initiatives and act as mentor to students and post-docs through the HDSI MIND project. My lab is currently accepting new student trainees and I am currently seeking a post-doctoral fellow for a NIDA T32 position for training in neuroimaging of substance use.617/855-3548Associate Professor of Psychiatrycatalyst:eCommonsLogineCommons Loginplugins:TwitterTwitterprns:awardConferredByaward conferred byprns:coAuthorOfcoauthor ofprns:endDateend dateFaculty Rankprns:fullNamefull nameprns:hasAuthorListauthor listprns:hasFacultyRankhas faculty rankprns:hasNetworkhas networkprns:hasPublicationVenuepublished inprns:informationResourceReferenceinformation resource referenceprns:isPrimaryPositionis primary positionprns:latitudelatitudeprns:longitudelongitudeprns:mainImagephotoprns:maxWeightmaximum weightprns:medlineTAjournal title abbreviationprns:meshDescriptorUIMeSH DescriptorUIprns:meshSemanticGroupNameMeSH semantic group nameprns:minWeightminimum weightprns:numberOfAuthorsnumber of authorsprns:numberOfConnectionsnumber of connectionsprns:numberOfPublicationsnumber of publicationsprns:personIdPerson IDprns:personInPrimaryPositionperson in primary positionprns:physicalNeighborOfphysical neighborProfilesRNS Plugin Instanceprns:pluginSearchableDataProfilesRNS Plugin Searchable Dataprns:positionInDepartmentposition in departmentprns:positionInDivisionposition in divisionprns:predicateNodepredicate nodeprns:principalInvestigatorNameprincipal investigator nameprns:publicationDatepublication dateprns:similarTosimilar toprns:sortOrdersort orderprns:startDatestart dateprns:uniquenessWeightuniqueness weightprns:yearyearAcademic ArticleArticleDocumentbibo:pmidPubMed IdentifierAddressvivo:address1address line 1vivo:address2address line 2vivo:address3address line 3vivo:addressCitycityvivo:addressPostalCodepostal codevivo:addressStatestate or provincevivo:authorInAuthorshipselected publicationsvivo:authorRankauthor rank in publicationAuthorshipvivo:awardOrHonorawards and honorsAward or Honor ReceiptDepartmentvivo:descriptiondescriptionDivisionvivo:freetextKeywordkeywordsGrantvivo:hasResearchArearesearch areasvivo:hasResearcherRoleresearch activitiesvivo:hrJobTitleHR job titleInformation Resourcevivo:linkedAuthorlinked authorvivo:linkedInformationResourcelinked information resourcevivo:mailingAddressmailing addressvivo:middleNamemiddle name or initialvivo:overviewoverviewvivo:personInPositionpositionsvivo:phoneNumberphonePositionvivo:positionInOrganizationposition in organizationvivo:preferredTitlepreferred titleResearcher Rolevivo:researcherRoleOfresearcher role ofvivo:roleContributesTocontributes tovivo:sponsorAwardIdsponsor award idrdf:predicatepredicaterdf:typetyperdfs:labellabelConceptAgentfoaf:firstNamefirst namefoaf:lastNamelast nameOrganizationPerson10398963Liu HL, Pu Y, Liu Y, Nickerson L, Andrews T, Fox PT, Gao JHMagnetic resonance in medicineCerebral blood flow measurement by dynamic contrast MRI using singular value decomposition with an adaptive threshold.
