Overview
Keyan Salari, MD, PhD is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School, Urologic Oncologist in the Department of Urology at the Massachusetts General Hospital, and Associate Member of the Broad Institute and the MGH Center for Genomic Medicine. He is a urologic surgeon specialized in the treatment of genitourinary cancers using open, laparoscopic, and robotic surgery techniques. He serves as the Director of the Prostate Cancer Genetics Program at the MGH Cancer Center, where families that may have a hereditary predisposition to prostate cancer are offered genetic testing, cancer screening, and support.

The Salari Lab works at the intersection of genetics, computational sciences, and urologic oncology to advance precision cancer medicine for genitourinary malignancies. Our long-term mission is to develop personalized cancer care strategies for patients with prostate cancer (and other GU cancers) and translate them into clinical practice. Our research focuses on improving early detection of clinically significant prostate cancer and developing new tools to reliably distinguish indolent from aggressive disease and inform clinical management decisions.

Bibliographic
Publications listed below are automatically derived from MEDLINE/PubMed and other sources, which might result in incorrect or missing publications. Faculty can login to make corrections and additions.
Newest   |   Oldest   |   Most Cited   |   Most Discussed   |   Timeline   |   Field Summary   |   Plain Text
PMC Citations indicate the number of times the publication was cited by articles in PubMed Central, and the Altmetric score represents citations in news articles and social media. (Note that publications are often cited in additional ways that are not shown here.) Fields are based on how the National Library of Medicine (NLM) classifies the publication's journal and might not represent the specific topic of the publication. Translation tags are based on the publication type and the MeSH terms NLM assigns to the publication. Some publications (especially newer ones and publications not in PubMed) might not yet be assigned Field or Translation tags.) Click a Field or Translation tag to filter the publications.
