Dr. Peltz received his MD and MBA degrees from Vanderbilt University where he graduated with Alpha Omega Alpha honors. He received his clinical training at Boston Children’s Hospital and Boston Medical Center. Dr. Peltz went on to complete health services research fellowship in the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Clinical Scholars Program at Yale University, where he studied public policy changes related to the Affordable Care Act and impacts on cost, quality, and affordability.
