Overview
Our laboratory employs optical imaging techniques such as confocal/multiphoton microscopy, optical projection tomography, two photon fluorescence polarization microscopy to investigate systems biology and to image in vivo drug-target engagement. We develop image processing stabilization techniques for artifact removals for heart imaging and intraoperative imaging in general. We develop also novel optical imaging techniques in combination with novel processing platforms for molecular imaging and high throughput screening.
keywords: multiphoton imaging, two photon fluorescence polarization imaging, in vivo imaging, window chambers, imaging pharmacodynamics, drug-target engagement imaging
