Ubiquitin-Protein Ligases

A diverse class of enzymes that interact with UBIQUITIN-CONJUGATING ENZYMES and ubiquitination-specific protein substrates. Ubiquitin-protein ligases exist as both monomeric proteins multiprotein complexes.
