I am a clinical psychologist with applied experience and specialized training in treating and researching neurological illnesses through cognitive behavioral and behavioral medicine interventions. Clinically, I possess evidence-based skills in state-of-the-art third-wave cognitive-behavioral therapies (dialectical behavioral therapy and acceptance-based interventions), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and other contemplative techniques (mindfulness-based stress reduction, mindfulness meditation, vipassana).
