Eunjung Alice Lee, Ph.D.

Alice is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Genetics and Genomics at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School, and an Associate Member of the Broad Institute. She runs a research program focusing on the role of transposable elements and somatic mutations in various human conditions using computational genomic and bioinformatic approaches. Her research group specializes in the development of computational methods for next-generation sequencing data and in the integrative analysis of large-scale omics data.
