I direct two federally funded centers focused on building innovative health systems and developing national guidelines for gender and sexually diverse populations (e.g., transgender, non-binary, gender diverse, and LGBTQIA+ communities). Several opportunities to conduct scholarly work and author peer-reviewed publications in LGBTQIA+ health. Funding and infrastructure available to provide attentive mentoring to students for scholarship in the following areas: health policy, public health interventions, psychiatry, mental health and addictions, minority stress, PTSD and trauma-informed care, HIV and infectious disease, primary care, health systems, health disparities, best practice guidelines, health education, bioethics.
