We have defined genomic changes that are associated with resistance to immunotherapy in melanoma patients. The student will delete/modify mouse cells to re-create these mutations in mice using CRISPR and assess the effect on treatment with immunotherapy.

The student will define which mutations cause resistance and thereby propose ways to overcome resistance therapeutically.
