Overview

Mentoring
Available: 02/20/23, Expires: 12/31/23

Our team designs and evaluates public health programs that address global health inequities, especially related to infectious diseases like HIV, TB, Covid19 and cholera. Our work is about clinical care, implementation, and public health. We are infused by a strong ethos of justice and desire for positive social impact. The student can work with a faulty member and the research team (including faculty collaborators, fellows, post-docs) to contribute to advancing a research project to completion. Specific tasks may include a combination of data entry, data management, literature review, literature synthesis, bibliography management, editing, creation of PowerPoint slides. Depending on the student's baseline skillset, data analysis, coding may also be part of the tasks. (This opportunity is based in Boston and does not involve travel to a global health site, but includes collaboration and discussions with co-investigators and colleagues as part of a team that meets remotely.)

Publications listed below are automatically derived from MEDLINE/PubMed and other sources, which might result in incorrect or missing publications. Faculty can login to make corrections and additions.

PMC Citations indicate the number of times the publication was cited by articles in PubMed Central, and the Altmetric score represents citations in news articles and social media. (Note that publications are often cited in additional ways that are not shown here.) Fields are based on how the National Library of Medicine (NLM) classifies the publication's journal and might not represent the specific topic of the publication. Translation tags are based on the publication type and the MeSH terms NLM assigns to the publication. Some publications (especially newer ones and publications not in PubMed) might not yet be assigned Field or Translation tags.) Click a Field or Translation tag to filter the publications.
