She has collaborated in the ISAAC and GAN studies to determine the prevalence of asthma and examine how diet and environmental factors affect the risk of asthma and their role in the etiology and prevention of this chronic disease. Dr. Sanchez has demonstrated success in mentoring students and driving cutting-edge research projects, and she is committed to clinical research to advance medical knowledge and improve patient outcomes.
