Overview
I am deeply committed to developing the next generation of drug repurposing strategies -- a path to identify existing drugs and determine which patients are most likely to respond to them, and understand the possible underlying reasons. By providing direct support for the design of preclinical and clinical trials, I aim to offer personalized treatment plans and increase the success rates of therapies. My goal is to enable personalized treatments for rare diseases and maximize the potential value of existing medications, ultimately transforming patient care through innovative approaches that bridge the gap between current therapies and unmet medical needs.

1. Integrate multi-omics data, EHR data and biomedical knowledge graph, and conduct a deep-learning heterogeneous networks method for network medicine to discover rare disease mechanisms and potential treatments.
2. Utilize and develop data standards, algorithms (deep learning models), web applications and management platforms to maximize and accelerate the integration of multi-omics data into biomarker screening / drug repurposing in rare diseases.
3. Construct online analysis platform for multi-omics data quality assessment.

Bibliographic
Publications listed below are automatically derived from MEDLINE/PubMed and other sources, which might result in incorrect or missing publications. Faculty can login to make corrections and additions.
Newest   |   Oldest   |   Most Cited   |   Most Discussed   |   Timeline   |   Field Summary   |   Plain Text
PMC Citations indicate the number of times the publication was cited by articles in PubMed Central, and the Altmetric score represents citations in news articles and social media. (Note that publications are often cited in additional ways that are not shown here.) Fields are based on how the National Library of Medicine (NLM) classifies the publication's journal and might not represent the specific topic of the publication. Translation tags are based on the publication type and the MeSH terms NLM assigns to the publication. Some publications (especially newer ones and publications not in PubMed) might not yet be assigned Field or Translation tags.) Click a Field or Translation tag to filter the publications.
