Marie is a computational postdoc at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School and the Broad Institute. She studies microbial ecology and microbiome community dynamics in human health and disease, integrating multi-omics data (metagenomics, metatranscriptomics, metabolomics, and epigenomics) through network science and graph-based machine learning.
