Overview
I am a Junior Faculty (Instructor in Medicine) at the Channing Division of Network Medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School. My training is in physics and I have research experience in computational biology and bioinformatics. My overarching scientific goal is to understand how cellular genomic cues coordinate the plasticity and migratory behavior of the airway epithelium. To do so, I combine a rich set of multidisciplinary approaches, including multi-omics data analysis, network science, and biophysical modeling.
