Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths. We performed single cell analyses and spatial profiling on samples collected from a lung cancer immunotherapy clinical trial and identified potential therapeutic targets to enhance immunotherapy efficacy. We are looking for passionate students to join our team to evaluate therapeutic candidates identified in our previous studies to enhance immunotherapy for lung cancer, using a panel of mouse-derived cell lines and preclinical models.
