    Identification of optimal, evidence-based definitions of apnea and hypopnea leveraging the National Sleep Research Resource.
    Role Description: The goal of this study is to conduct a systematic analysis of alternative apnea and hypopnea indices derived by use of informative combinations of scoring criteria, assessing their reliability and predictive associations for relevant clinical outcomes. This is done by leveraging existing data within the National Sleep Research Resource to rigorously compare alternative definitions, considering their relationship to clinical outcomes.
