Overview
I earned my Bachelor's degree from National Taiwan University (Taipei, Taiwan) in 2000, followed by a PhD at Stanford University (Stanford, California, USA), which I completed in 2012. During my PhD, I received the Department of Defense Breast Cancer Research Program Traineeship Award in 2009. My research on DNA damage response and cell cycle regulation led to several key publications in Molecular Cell. After graduating, I joined Dr. Cimprich lab at Stanford as a Postdoctoral Researcher and later moved to Harvard Medical School in 2013, where I became a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Laboratory of Systems Pharmacology.
Currently, my research focuses on using computational and experimental approaches to study drug-gene interactions in cancer, with a particular focus on developing innovative imaging techniques for both live-cell imaging and multiplexed analysis of clinical samples. My goal is to understand how genetic variations impact signaling networks to inform more effective therapeutic strategies.

PMC Citations indicate the number of times the publication was cited by articles in PubMed Central, and the Altmetric score represents citations in news articles and social media. (Note that publications are often cited in additional ways that are not shown here.) Fields are based on how the National Library of Medicine (NLM) classifies the publication's journal and might not represent the specific topic of the publication. Translation tags are based on the publication type and the MeSH terms NLM assigns to the publication. Some publications (especially newer ones and publications not in PubMed) might not yet be assigned Field or Translation tags.) Click a Field or Translation tag to filter the publications.
