    Role Description: The goals of this study are two-fold: 1) to assess the immediate and lasting educational value of a novel high fidelity cleft lip simulator, and 2) to evaluate the ability of this simulator to discriminate between levels of learner as an indicator if its potential usefulness as a clinical evaluation tool.
