Dr. Rotenstein conducts research in 3 main areas: 1) the physician experience, and EHR and practice design determinants of physician experience; 2) primary care design that facilitates population health and value based care, and 3) care and resource delivery models that enhance care for underserved and medically complex populations.

She serves as Medical Director of Population Health for the Brigham and Women's Hospital Primary Care Center of Excellence and as an Assistant Professor of Medicine as Harvard Medical School.
