My fundamental research interests and expertise revolve around identifying and characterizing new molecular targets with novel approaches, particularly to treat NRAS mutant and drug-resistant melanoma. I have created an NRAS responsive and vemurafenib resistant A375 melanoma cell line to screen novel NRAS pathway inhibitor(s).
