Mentoring
Available: 01/01/24, Expires: 06/01/24

There are two projects designed to develop child mental health capacity in China. The first is a project to develop a model program for the delivery of child mental health services in Shanghai. This project has both a mixed methods research component and a health services implementation component. The project duration is expected to be two years. A student would participate in the research design and initial phases of developing the project implementation structure. The mentor is actively engaged in this project. The second project is to develop a standardized accreditation for child and adolescent psychiatrists in China. Research on the development of training standards is part of the project. There is also the opportunity with mentor guidance to learn about he politics of inter-institutional collaboration.
