 Mentoring
 current student opportunities
Available: 06/16/14, Expires: 05/29/15

This project will test the hypothesis that older people want progressively fewer medical interventions as dementia moves through early, middle, and late stages. We will give attendees of senior centers a written description of the stages of dementia followed by a scenario-based questionnaire. The student will have the opportunity to participate in all phases of the study, from designing the questionnaire to seeking IRB approval, to carrying out the project and analyzing and writing up the results.
