Laboratory research in molecular, cellular, and computational biology with an overall goal to identify non-protein-coding RNA transcripts involved in human neurological diseases. The student will use expression analysis, various cell-based assays, and computational tools to identify such RNAs and investigate their functions.
Basic knowledge of molecular biology and some bench experience are required.
