Tonellato's Laboratory for Personalized Medicine (lpm.hms.harvard.edu) studies the methods, use and evaluation of genetic tests and whole genome analysis (WGA) in clinical practice. Students will participate in one of the evaluations and translational methods used in the lab to identify the strengths, weaknesses and efficacy of WGA in various clinical setting including pharmacogenetics and cancer typing and treatment optimization. Contact peter_tonellato@hms.harvard.edu with questions and check out the lab website (lpm.hms.harvard.edu) for more information.
